Returns and Refunds

We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our unique tufted rugs. Your satisfaction is important to us. Below, you will find the details of our refund and returns policy.

Return Policy

Eligibility Window: You may return any product within 2 days of receiving your order. Returns are only accepted if there is a defect in material or workmanship.

Condition of Item: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, free of stains, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items: Customized items are not eligible for a return unless there is a defect in material or workmanship. Please note that color differences will not be considered a craftsmanship issue. Expect color accuracy of around 70% from illustration to actual tufting, as the yarn color palette is limited to over 100 shades while digital palettes can exceed a million.

How to Initiate a Return:

  • Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at sales@knottuft.com to initiate a return. Please include your order number and reason for the return.
  • Ship the Product: Once your return is approved, we will provide you with the shipping address. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Inspection: We will inspect the returned item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

Refund Policy

Processing: Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Partial Refunds: There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (e.g., items not in their original condition, items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error).

Sale Items: Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@knottuft.com and send your item to the address provided.
