Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
- Standard Delivery: We use Ninja Van or Qxpress for our deliveries, depending on which service can deliver the earliest. Delivery times are typically between 1-3 working days after dispatch. All deliveries are trackable, ensuring you can follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
- Urgent Orders: For urgent deliveries, we offer same-day shipping via Lalamove, provided arrangements are made in advance. Please contact us directly to organize this service.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at the checkout page. We strive to keep shipping costs fair and as low as possible.
Failed Delivery Attempt and Re-Delivery
- Re-Delivery: If the initial delivery attempt fails, we will offer one free re-delivery attempt. It is essential to ensure that the delivery information provided is accurate to avoid any delays.
- Additional Re-Delivery: If the item is returned to us after a failed delivery attempt, there will be a charge of $7 for each subsequent re-delivery attempt. It is crucial that customers ensure their availability or arrange an alternative, secure drop-off point with us in advance.
